  Rejuvenating Yoga: Yoga and Guided Relaxation for Enhancing Sleep  
(Health/Wellness)

Learn bedtime routines that sooth and relax the body and mind. Preparing for bed is a practice, and a gentle yoga routine can make a huge difference in sleep quality. Progressive relaxation, guided imagery and breathing practices to calm the nervous system are also included in this practice.
